Why Join Us?

Resident Independence: The West Virginia Veterans Home is a dedicated domiciliary facility and NOT a nursing home or treatment facility. We house veterans who are seeking long term housing. This environment fosters the development of meaningful relationships, allowing you to truly connect with those you care for. Your ability to engage in compassionate and attentive interactions not only enhances the residents' quality of life but also creates a more rewarding and fulfilling work experience for you.

Community Impact: By working at the Veterans Home, you're making a significant contribution to the local community. Our home plays a vital role in supporting veterans in the area, and your work will have a broader positive effect.
