Job Overview:

You will be part of a supportive team that values the importance great patient care and work-life balance. Our key performance indicators measure the quality of patient care and sustainability, not corporate metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
  • Engage in patient education, helping individuals make informed decisions about their health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited U.S. institution.

Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.

Unrestricted Tennessee medical license and DEA. No J1 visas accepted at this time.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
