Requirements
Public Health program position that manages specific activities supporting the planning, design, development, testing, piloting, rollout, implementation, and operational phases of a specific component within a large health program. These positions have supervisory responsibilities over professional staff and have input into setting a budget (e.g. HIV prevention training as a component of the state HIV program). Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline.
Qualifications
Typically requires a Master’s Degree, 7+ years of related experience, and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
