Resident Treatment Supervisor

What You'll Do
As a Resident Treatment Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervision of Assigned Staff: In collaboration with the home’s supervisory team, monitor, guide, coach, train, direct, evaluate, maintain timekeeping, complete supervisory investigations, recommend disciplinary action, and complete all supervisory activities and documentation consistent with statutes, rules, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Performance Coaching: Ensure staff receive competency-based training related to ISPs, IPPs, BSP, and PNMPs. Monitor, coach, guide, and direct staff in providing care and active treatment to Individuals in the center related to all aspects of their lives.
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all aspects of your work, serving as a role model for our team members.
- Team Collaboration: Attend and participate in all interdisciplinary team and other assigned meetings to contribute toward a comprehensive treatment plan that supports the Individuals served to live safe, healthy, successful, self-determined lives in the community of their choice.
Key Competencies
Successful candidates for this position will demonstrate the following competencies:
- Supervision: Provide supervision to staff who provide protection from harm and a safe environment to Individuals receiving services. Assure care, support, and active treatment is provided 24/7 to individuals in care.
- Assessment and Implementation: Read, understand, and implement detailed written and/or oral instructions, policies, methods, and procedures.
- Relationship Building: Build, foster, and maintain partnerships at a variety of levels.
- Instructional Design: Teach, instruct, and lead in the implementation of various therapeutic procedures and practices.
Applicants will be required to complete a background check to be considered for this position.
The successful candidate should have and maintain a current Driver’s License, valid in the state of Iowa, and qualify to pass medications.

Qualifications
Experience equal to two years of full-time work as a nursing or therapeutic assistant in a health care facility or other facility for the intellectually disabled, mentally ill, elderly, physically ill or disabled;
