This position is part time (up to 29 hours per week), non-benefit eligible, located in Lowndes County GA.

Requirements

Facilitates and participates in the development, review and evaluation of Individualized Family Service Plans for infants and toddlers with developmental delays/medical conditions; assists families in gaining access to early intervention services; coordinates multiple providers of services and work collaboratively with community agencies and providers; coordinates developmental evaluations and assessments.

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Child Development, Child Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Dietetics, School Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary Education, Family/Community Counseling, Nursing, Nutrition, Certified Orientation/Mobility Specialist, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work, Sociology, Speech Language Pathology, Special Education, Education OR a related field with at least 20% of the credit hours addressing child development, disabilities, or family systems, OR licensed Registered Nurse. 
Preferred Qualifications: Case Management Experience
